First Time User?
You will utilize your Workday Employee ID as your user name and an initial temporary password. Your Employee ID is your login to Workday and is also displayed on your pay statements. Here is how to get started:
Username: Your 9-digit Employee ID (ex. 000123456)
Password: The last four digits of your Social Security Number
You will be required to change your password upon initial login. This will be your password for future logins. The password requirements are as follows: minimum of 8 characters with at least one alpha and one numeric.
Returning User?
If you have previously utilized the benefits enrollment site, please utilize your 9-digit Employee ID as the login and the password you established on your account.
IMPORTANT
HOW THE COBRA PROCESS WORKS
Your current or former employer offers extended coverage to employees for up to 18 months after termination in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). If you are or were currently enrolled in COBRA eligible coverage (example: Medical, Dental, Vision) as an active employee you may be eligible to continue these coverages through COBRA.
